Given that Momos X Food Industry specializes in the sale of frozen food products, which are inherently perishable in nature, we do not accept any returns on orders once delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are stored appropriately upon receipt, particularly at or below -18°C, to maintain product quality and safety. We disclaim any liability for degradation in product quality caused by improper storage after delivery.

All orders placed through Momos X Food Industry are subject to advance payment in full. We accept various modes of payment, and details will be provided at the time of purchase. Once the payment is received, the order will be confirmed, and the dispatch process will commence.

Orders will be delivered within 3 business days of receiving the advance payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping location, and you will be informed of the estimated delivery time when the order is placed.

Cancellations must be made before the dispatch of the products. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted. If you cancel the order before dispatch, 25% of the total order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee to cover the wastage of food items. This is because our products are manufactured on an order basis and cannot be resold once production begins.

To maintain the quality and safety of our frozen products, we strongly advise keeping them stored at -18°C or below. Failure to do so may result in degradation of the product, and Momos X Food Industry will not be liable for any such damage caused by improper storage.

All prices listed are exclusive of GST at the rate of 5%, which consists of 2.5% SGST and 2.5% CGST. The applicable GST will be added at the time of billing.

Momos X Food Industry is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit. We ensure that our products are packaged securely and dispatched through trusted delivery partners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian law.
